– Large kitchen with table set for 4 people (breakfast area).
– 2 Refrigerators, Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Various appliances.
– Bottle for soft drinks or wines with capacity for 200 bottles.
– Two Bedrooms, one with two Queen beds and another next to the kitchen for employees with a cabin.

Second Level:

The villa comfortably accommodates 14 adults plus 2 staff members. (The rooms of the staff of the villa are separate).

– Family room with TV and DVD.
– Master Bedroom, King Bed, Family Room, Walking Closet, Bathroom, Shower-Jacuzzi.
– 2nd. Master Bedroom, King Bed, Walk-In Closet and Bathroom.
– Room No. 3, Queen bed, Bathroom, Balcony.
– Room No. 4, Two Queen Beds, Bathroom, Balcony.
– Room No. 5, Two Staterooms Double Height, Bathroom.
– Room No. 6, Two Queen Beds. (First Floor)
– Room No. 7, One Double Stateroom, Bathroom (In First Floor, for use by special personnel, eg: Nannies, Nurses, Drivers, etc.)

* All rooms have Air Conditioning, TV (Cable), Telephone, Alarm Clock, Safe Deposit Box (Optional), Fire Alarm.
Exteriors:

– Roofed parking for 2 vehicles, parking not covered for 8 vehicles.
– Gazebo with living room and small dining room for 4 people.

– Large two level swimming pool (adults and children) with air injector bench.
– Jacuzzi for 8 people with heater and air injectors.
– 5 outdoor tables with 5 seats each, for 25 people.

– Games for children (soccer goals, jump trampoline, ping pong table, air hockey table, inflatables).

Includes staff from:
1 Cook (from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm).
1 Maid (from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm) with option to sleep.
1 Butler (8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.).

In case of needing to work outside these hours, it will be calculated US $ 15.00 per person per day, and transportation will be provided outside Casa de Campo (only for the cook).
