As you walk in Villa Narcisa you delight in a Golf Front Property
that meets the needs of the modern family. It boast open spaces,
viewing gorgeous gardens with endemic adult trees that softly evolves
into the Links Golf Course’ Hole #10. The Villa offers very
comfortable living space to lounge, entertain, or just simply relax
in. The main living room features high ceilings and contemporary
furniture that invites you to relax on the couches, listen to music
and just watch the scenery. A big glass dining table for ten dominates
the air-conditioned dining area.

Pool terrace is VERY private and safe with a nice long, pool and
integrated jacuzzi. Enjoy its wall fountain with relaxing waterfall
sound throughout the day. Also features beautiful and comfortable
DEDON chaise lounges and round table for al fresco dining.

Four Bedroom Suites: One Master BR with a King size Bed, and 3
secondary BR with 2 Queen sized beds in each. Sleeps 10. Villa will
rent to a minimum of 2.

All the bedrooms have a special view: the master and first secondary
bedroom view directly over the Golf Course. The other two bedrooms
have sliding doors over the Pool Terrace. 3 Bedrooms have spacious
walk-in Closets, and all feature beautiful Mediterranean stone on
walls and modern light fixtures. One of the large bedrooms is a
separate suite by the pool area. Excellent for guests.

On the dream patio you will find a good size “LOUNGE DECK” that seats
about 12 guests and a good size BBQ. Great for lazy afternoons, bird
watching, partying or reading. The area also features elegant night
lighting design so you keep enjoying the garden, foliage, and tropical
splendor.

Kitchen features Brazilian Oak Cabinets and stainless steel counters.
The in-house cook and made are both excellent in their fields. Their
work hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. When needed, arrangements can be
made at an additional charge for them to work later at night and/or
stay overnight in the villa’s staff bedroom.

According to your needs we have available baby sitters, massage
therapist (the best on the island!) butler, driver and chef. Just ask
and we coordinate that extra help in no time. Villa Narcisa also offers you
the Grocery Shopping and menu coordination facility so you arrive to
an already coordinated lunch or dinner and your favorite refreshments
served as you walk in the door. This service is free of charge. Just
the supermarket bill.
